Sofia is an active and disciplined person whose strong connection with nature lies at the heart of everything she does. She values time spent outdoors and consciously builds her lifestyle around experiences in nature – a place where she finds focus, balance, and renewed energy.

Her interest in paragliding began more than ten years ago. For Sofia, flying is not only about developing technical skills and precision, but also about experiencing nature from a different perspective – in direct contact with the wind, the terrain, and constantly changing conditions.

In addition to flying, Sofia regularly takes on long hikes and mountain routes, ski touring adventures, as well as hike & fly and camp & fly expeditions. All of these reflect her genuine connection with nature and her desire to be an active part of it.

For her adventures, Sofia relies on Marmot gear – from an ultralight tent for her expeditions to functional, lightweight clothing and reliable equipment for long hikes, ski touring, and days spent in the air.
