With the arrival of the New Year, Basecamp shop is launching their new Loyalty Program. The program will provide its members with special conditions, promotions, offers, as well as the most important news from the world of outdoor sports!

What do you get as a member of the Loyalty Program?

• 3% of all purchases made by your account in one calendar year. The percentage is converted into an amount that you receive in the form of a voucher. Voucher is issued in January for each previous year. The minimum value of the voucher is BGN 30.00 - in order to be issued, you must have accumulated a minimum amount of BGN 1000.00 in purchases for the relevant previous year. The voucher is valid for discounted and non-discounted items.
• 5% OFF on new and non-discounted goods
• Access to member-only promotions
• Informing during service campaigns related to equipment safety - you will be notified in case of need for servicing, prevention or inspection of equipment

How to become a member of the program?

• Create your own personal customer account in the Basecamp online or physical stores
• Become a member of the Basecamp mailing list
• Shop online or in the physical stores through your customer profile

As part of the Basecamp mailing list, the Loyalty program members will also be the first to receive updates on new collections and products, discounts, events and races. They will be informed about significant achievements, interesting technologies and new developments in outdoor equipment, as well as prevention and campaigns affecting their equipment.
